This makes sense. Remember Jesus apologized for talking with those tax collectors, Pharisees, and that horrible Samaritan woman after the disciples started complaining about him. Jesus never conversed with political or military leaders who didn’t agree with Him… never prayed for them either. #ScripturalAmnesia.
A second Catholic bishop has expressed regret over a meeting with President Donald Trump last week, complaining that it was “exploited” for political gain. Others have offered explanations for why they attended the meeting. ewtnnews.com/world/us/more-b…

For a very special person tonight 🙏🏻
The person who destroyed your peace might be living their best life right now. But St. Padre Pio has a warning you need to hear. ⤵️ Maybe they lied about you, betrayed your trust, or caused you pain they'll never admit to. And somehow, they're the ones who seem happy while you're still trying to heal. You might even wonder, "God, why are You letting them get away with this?" St. Padre Pio, a man who experienced false accusations, misunderstanding, and unfair treatment, left us with this powerful reminder: "Don't allow the sad sight of human injustice to sadden your soul; someday you will see the unfailing justice of God triumph over it." — St. Padre Pio That person who lied about you? God knows the truth. The people who betrayed your trust? God saw everything. The pain you carried in silence while everyone else believed their side of the story? God saw that, too. And here's what we sometimes forget. Just because God hasn't brought justice yet doesn't mean He has forgotten. His timing is not our timing. And His silence does not mean He is absent. But Padre Pio wasn't teaching us to seek revenge. He was reminding us not to let someone else's wrongdoing destroy the peace within our own hearts. Because when bitterness takes over, the person who hurt us continues to have power over our lives. That's why Scripture tells us in Romans 12:21: "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." You can forgive without pretending the pain never happened. You can stand for truth without carrying hatred. And you can trust God's justice without taking revenge into your own hands. So if you're still waiting for the truth to come out, if someone hurt you and never apologized, or if you've been asking God why the wicked sometimes seem to prosper, remember this. The world may never acknowledge what happened to you. The people who wronged you may never admit what they did. But God knows. And no injustice is hidden from Him. Don't let what someone did to you steal the peace God wants for your heart. Leave room for His justice. And keep choosing what is right. God sees. God knows. God is just. 💬 Have you ever struggled to trust God's justice when someone who hurt you seemed to face no consequences? Share your thoughts 🙏 And send this message to someone who needs to remember that God has not forgotten their pain. 🙏

It was an honor to join Mel Gibson on set in Italy and witness firsthand the extraordinary scale of The Resurrection of the Christ. I'm grateful to Mel for his special message to the NHCLC family. This is more than a film. It's the story of the greatest event in human history: the resurrection of Jesus Christ. As we look ahead to its theatrical release on May 6, 2027, I encourage churches everywhere to join us in prayer. Deeply disturbing, Nations that abandon God will bear every negative fruit 🙏🏻
Saint Joan of Arc gave her life for God and France. Here we are centuries later and a rioter in Paris climbs her statue like its playground equipment. This is an absolute disgrace!!!

Know your power.
I love how when I’ve brought up that Adriana Lima was a virgin until marriage in interviews, no one ever includes it because they would have to acknowledge one of the most beautiful women to ever exist knew her power.
