The thing I love most about WoW Twitter is how measured and reasonable everyone is. The mutual support for multiple versions of WoW is a united front of harmony and kindness. Lovely to see.

It was the banner WoW feature prior to Forever’s announcement. Of course housing will end up in Forever.

Player housing is coming to WoW Forever!? One of the few retail features I think would actually work really well in Forever. Can’t wait to see their take on it 🔥

The clip from the official WoW Forever podcast teases future hidden instance portals and content in in-game homes/manors (such as the expanded Manor Mistmantle location/dungeon in Duskwood), not player housing. youtube.com/watch?v=uOlxa3… wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Manor_Mis… mmonster.co/wow-forever/gu…

This is unbelievably sad. Such a tough industry at times. Can’t believe they’re closing doors. 😔

Story needs to drive patch cadence. Right now patch cadence is driving story, and therein lies the struggle.

12.1.5 drops this week. New single boss raid, Labyrinths and more. And I haven’t read a single thing about it….

I spoke to Blizzard to learn more about the WoW: Forever design philosophy. We talked about World of Warcraft Classic vs Retail, bringing features like Player Housing to Forever, class balance and lore building, and much more. windowscentral.com/gaming/bl… 🔽

Forever vs Retail is a legitimate discussion. It’ll be interesting to see what impact, if any, Forever has on Retail. Ultimately, for Blizzard, subs are subs but perhaps success for WoW is going to look a bit different in the future. 🤔

Wowhead employees definitely open all their Christmas presents on December 1st, complain about the item cost, and leave them unwrapped under the tree. 🎄🔨

In my years of BlizzCon attendance this convention had one of the best community vibes of all. I understand an annual cadence might not be viable for a variety of reasons, but as an exercise in simply bringing the best of the community together it is unmatched.
