@virginmedia Your customer service is a disgrace. I have had intermittent broadband for 4 weeks but you make it almost impossible to get it fixed. I finally managed to connect to a human on a chat who was next to useless and then sent me an email to say everything was resolved.
@Ryanair Any chance of some information? Passengers left in Oslo 3 hours after their flight was supposed to depart, no representatives or information. Are you going to attempt to get us home?

Why is @ThreeUK so consistently awful in central London? I quite like their service in general but they don’t seem to care that they have no service in our capital city. Could be time for a change.
