Thanks to @FairmontMiddle Principal Dr McClain for introducing me to my new friend Nassir. He did hurt my feelings by outsmarting me in a game of identity the states. Good things happening for kids all across @PSRCEDU!

Got my day off to a great start on Thursday morning with a visit to Parkton Elementary. In addition to the strong academic focus, it’s evident that safety is a priority. A number of students walked by the locked door I was standing out side of and wouldn’t let me in😀

Great lunch with teachers from @PSRCEDU Fairmont District today. Culinary Arts teacher Ms Heubach and her students did an incredible job. Set the standard high for the schools that will follow.

Vote no on all three North Carolina amendments | Opinion

North Carolina voters should reject three proposed constitutional amendments that would centralize power in Raleigh and harm local governance.
