Bitlight Wallet Q&A Summary Q1: Does the wallet have permission to read the clipboard? A1: Bitlight Wallet does not have permission to read the clipboard. In fact, for Chrome extensions, accessing the clipboard is technically close to impossible. Bitlight Wallet's clipboard permissions are limited to adding specific content to the user's clipboard, solely used for saving mnemonic phrases. Q2: After inviting friends, invitation points are not displayed A2: Our servers are currently under significant load, resulting in frontend display delays. We have investigated the database, and all users' point statistics are accurate. Please rest assured that your points are secure. Q3: Testnet transfer failed, showing "could not build tx: Insufficient funds: 0 sat available of xxxx sat needed" A3: Your BTC gas is insufficient. Currently, the testnet gas fees are high, requiring more sats to support transfers. Please attempt the transfer during off-peak times on the Bitcoin testnet or use higher gas fees to complete the transfer. Q4: Testnet transfer failed, showing "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'error')" A4: This is a bug, but it does not result in loss of your assets. We will address it promptly. Q5: After transferring to a testnet address, the mempool shows a balance, but the wallet frontend does not display it A5: Tonight, there is heavy traffic, and our servers are under immense pressure. We are increasing server capacity. Please wait a while and try refreshing your wallet balance. Q6: Unable to connect Twitter on the official website A6: The X API has traffic limitations. Tonight, a considerable number of users are attempting to connect to Twitter on our official website. During peak times, some users may be unable to connect, which is normal. Please retry during off-peak times. Q7: No testnet BTC available A7: Please obtain tbtc from Bitcoin Testnet Faucets. We do not provide any faucet links. Please find reliable faucets yourself. Beware of potential scams.
