Been poking around inside my PC and BIOS. Turns out setting your fans to PWM makes them way quieter and less rickety. Also disabling TPM makes your PC run way better LOL.

I ended up reinstalling Windows 11 but the Pro version instead, using Mas Grave for activation. Holy shit dude gpedit is OP as fuck. I never had access to it before. I can just turn off Win Defender PERMANENTLY!
