Two of our team recently attended a Mental Health First Aid at Work course with the fabulous Karen @nutshelltrainer . What we gained from this course will help us not only to support our team, friends, family and the wider community. ❤️ #mentalhealthday2020 #ItsOkayToNotBeOkay

Huge thanks to Kate Willard, what a story! Showing my Mrs Waite what’s possible! Positivity, graft and saying yes to opportunities! Room is buzzing with energy. It’s infectious. #IWD2019 #natwestWIB #balanceforbetter 😁👍 @WillardKate @StobartGroup
