Do these two things to increase your post mint retention:
- Provide an Onboarding Experience
- Immediate Activation mechanism

the regular onboarding model no longer works..
mint → join DC → verify role → holder chat
this model is flawed cause it doesn’t create an experience for buyers.
create an onboarding flow that provides an experience for everybody that mints.
example,
• an automated, personalized video/text from the founder upon verification
• dedicated ambassadors actively welcoming and guiding new holders
• Activation
This is the the moment where new buyers experience their “aha moment”- when they’ve experienced a core value of your NFT project
example,
• an immediate holder benefit
• access to a core utility.
• a short quest/ tasks that can be easily cleared
Every activated buyer has lower risk of churn than non activated ones
You also need to understand the concept of Time- To - Value (TTV)
This is the time taken for a customer to enter and experience a core value in your ecosystem
you must reduce your TTV as much as possible
your onboarding and activation flow needs to be short, seamless and provide
an experience holders can talk about
