I’ve started putting together a directory of open-source projects built on Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2 and other Cloudflare services. It’s still a small collection. If you know of any projects worth adding, let me know. workerdock.app/directory

A good reminder from a newsletter I read today: AI helps you move faster, but if you’re heading in the wrong direction, it just helps you waste time more efficiently. Get the direction right first. Then use AI to get there faster. @joncphillips from dailytips.dev

A little backstory on how trigv started. After building a internal analytics and a few other projects, I wanted one place where everything could send logs instead of checking multiple dashboards. So Log Bolt was born: a tiny SPA with separate channels for each project. It worked, but I got tired of missing important logs unless I remembered to check it. No webhook support also meant I couldn’t use it easily with many of the services I relied on. I eventually gave up on the project. A few months later, I started thinking about the problem again. This time, instead of another dashboard, I built a mobile app focused on notifications. That became trigv.
November 2025. This is where trigv began. Back then, it was just an internal project. I couldn’t decide between Log Bolt and Log Hop, but I was pretty sure the logo needed a ⚡️. The idea was simple: one place where all my projects could send their logs.

Between app submissions, I moved svgready.com from a normal PHP setup on my Xcloud/Hetzner server to Cloudflare Pages + Workers. Small utility site, but still nice to get free speed and one less thing to maintain.

During onboarding in the trigv.com app, setting up push notifications and registering the device takes around 7 seconds. Couldn’t speed it up much more, so I’m adding changing status messages and a small mascot moment to make the wait feel less dead :)

Spent some time yesterday making small frog variations for @Trigvapp. Are these the most important thing to work on right now? Nope. But this is my own project, so I get to do the small fun design stuff too. 20 days for @shipordie_ remaining :( #saas #buildinpublic

Thinking of selling the domain/website dreamsmedia.in . It ranked first for "Web design Mumbai" and other keywords for 10+ years but not anymore. Site was never updated since 2014. If anyone is interested, let me know.
