人们总觉得，一个连电都充不满、闭关锁国的落后地方，怎么可能拥有全球最顶尖、能洗劫币安 63 亿美元的赛博特工？
事实上，朝鲜在网络空间走的是一条极其冷酷、高效且举国体制的不对称战争路线。在黑客圈子里，朝鲜的赛博军团，以 121 局和 Lazarus 组织为代表被公认为全球最难缠、最没有底线的超级鲨鱼。
那是从 11 岁开始的魔鬼筛选。
朝鲜没有普及的互联网，但他们对顶级心智的筛选比任何国家都残酷。听说朝鲜的情报部门每年会在全国小学里，通过奥数竞赛和逻辑测试，死死盯住那些最具天赋的数学神童。一旦被选中，这些孩子会被直接带离家庭，送进平壤的顶级精英学院进行全封闭的魔鬼式计算机训练。
高中毕业后，最顶尖的人会被送进两所神秘的大学：平壤自动化大学和金日成综合大学。
根据逃离朝鲜的幸存者回忆，他们每天要上 6 节 90 分钟的课，没有任何娱乐。他们的作业不是写写小程序，而是直接去肉身黑进西方、韩国的真实网络系统。教官的理念是，只有在真刀真枪的跨国入侵中活下来的，才配毕业。
由于朝鲜本土经常断电且 IP 受限，这些顶级黑客毕业后，绝大多数根本不留在平壤，而是以商业程序员的假身份被秘密外派到中国的沈阳和大连，俄罗斯、东南亚、甚至东欧。
他们潜伏在境外的高速网络环境中，白天给西方公司远程接单写网页、做 App，甚至给 Web3 项目当远程开发者。
到了晚上，他们就会变身成冷酷的黑客，利用白天潜伏时发现的供应链漏洞或者通过精心包装的 LinkedIn 虚假高薪招聘信息，精准钓鱼各大交易所的架构师。
这次的币安，就是一例。
朝鲜受到全球极其严厉的传统金融制裁，毕竟，SWIFT 系统对他们是关闭的。而加密货币是一个天然去中心化、不需要实名、无法被美国政府直接下令冻结的法外之地。
造一辆坦克、一枚导弹需要无数的钢铁和外汇；但培养一个顶级黑客，只需要一间装有空调的房间、几台电脑、以及无限供应的速溶咖啡。而这个黑客一旦得手，带回来的可能就是几十亿美金的纯利润，这直接占据了该国对外真实外汇收入的半壁江山。
