The killer most likely ran off to the Dominican Republic like that Jamaican boy did after shooting another boy after a fight. They always find a way to run back to their countries when things go bad.
Why do Africans think fleeing their countries counts as addressing their issues? You can’t say immigration was necessary because of conditions and then say black American communities you immigrated to need to fix their issues.
