and apologies to Android users who may have been wondering why certain words were accepted in game, but when sent to server, they scored 0. For some reason the release in Oct with updated dictionary has been in 'drafts' and didn't go live!! #avowel
minor update for #avowel on both iOS & Android. - Removed some 'overused' words, that aren't actually words (Miriam Webster) - added a Hall of Fame to the League - can now tweet your Daily Challenge score. (Definitely not a cynical attempt to cash in on the wordle craze, honest)
Merry Christmas, and happy holidays. For the next two days enjoy my first release (Android only) of Masters Gallery, the Reiner Knizia classic at 50% off. play.google.com/store/apps/d…

Update for Avowel out. First proper dictionary cleanup, plenty more words in there that probably shouldn't be, but removed about 8000 words, mainly names of people, places and weirdly car makes! #avowel #wordsy apps.apple.com/gb/app/avowel… play.google.com/store/apps/d…

@DeathxMonsters Matt, if you have an Android phone and the things that happen are not phone calls, then it might be down to something in the operating system called Doze. Basically to save battery it doesn't do all alerts and stuff if it senses your phone isn't moving, i.e on the

Table. Then when it senses you pick up the phone, it fires the notification because it knows you're looking. That's not going to work for phone calls though. But next time it happens, see if I'm talking sh!t and check the actual sent time to see if it was sent then or earlier.

@ObjectBox_io @greenrobot_de Hi, I'm not really understanding docs.objectbox.io/queries#re…. I can't see why I would use an alias.Im thinking of reusing queries because of the high number of 'Destroyed recycled transaction' I'm getting. Is that a good idea? Thanks

Oh I'm still on Java 2.5 version, in case some of these things have been addressed in later updates. I also opened a SO question with more info, because I appreciate Twitter isn't really the best place to ask for help! stackoverflow.com/questions/…

Avowel, the app version of the game Wordsy, is continuing to expand its league set up, there will soon be 3 leagues for you to get promoted (and most likely relegated) from!

Aidan is looking strong right now but if @8bitMeeple can finish all his games by Sunday night (GMT) we could have a new champion! Think you can do better? Then sign up before Sunday to join the next 2 week season! #avowel #wordsy play.google.com/store/apps/d… apps.apple.com/gb/app/avowel…

As yet, I'm not seeing any of the reduction in the fresh food we expected due to leaving CU/SM. Is this going to start happening soon, or does the smugglers charter mean we're still getting food in? Thanks for all your tweets keeping us updated.
So it's finally here, Avowel/Wordsy is out on iOS! apps.apple.com/gb/app/avowel… @8bitMeeple @pixelcardboard time to update your reviews, and @425suzanne time to update the spreadsheet! Thanks all
