#whisky – at Lacey Green, England
I found this on ebay a while ago, perfect for taking on a UK holiday, I tell myself it's on the off chance of sharing.. the choices this time 17cl each of tobermory 12, ardnamurchan sherry cask and batch 15 of laphroaig cask strength. What would your 3 companions be?
Received this, this morning, how does a 10.1% increase in the DUTY equate to a 6 quid increase in RRP ... increase in duty on this bottle is £1
I'm weak, no whisky purchases August has been a disaster, the last straw is the @Ardbeg Harpy's tale, nice presentation but it feels overpriced for 46%, the marketing copy is also on another level of ridiculousness.
Just when you thought it couldn't get any more ridiculous 😀 well I suppose it's a worthy endeavour if it gets more people to try rum .... or not.

Delivery day, not chasing springbanks this year but this is by contrast a deliciously, creamy, biscuity dram
