If anyone can help me get answers or reach someone at Derive who can actually address this issue, I'd truly appreciate your support. UPDATE: @DeriveXYZ is still ignoring this issue. I first raised this publicly on October 15. Since then, I've contacted your team repeatedly, asked for a clear explanation, and requested straightforward instructions to withdraw my funds. What have I received? Silence and repetitive copy-paste responses about a compliance flag and KYC. Not a single actionable answer explaining how I can recover my assets or access my trading history. You claim Derive is self-custodial. Then explain how users are supposed to recover their assets when you restrict access to your frontend and off-chain orderbook. I shouldn't have to beg for basic answers about my own funds. @DeriveXYZ, this is your opportunity to address this publicly and provide a concrete solution. Otherwise, I'll continue documenting my experience and making sure the Web3 community understands what happened. Users deserve transparency, accountability, and a real resolution — not endless automated replies.
