In July, I sued Polymarket in New York Supreme Court for scamming me out of $500K on the MSTR event market.
Now, they are being sued by the New York Attorney General, for operating an unlicensed gambling operation - based in New York.

There have been some updates in our case, which are worth a post soon. But for now, here's the link to the NYAG's case documents:

POLYMARKET VS DISCORD SCHIZO
Polymarket is trying to seal our complaint and redact their addresses from all filings.
Because a schizo came into the Polymarket discord last year and threatened to kill them (literally their argument lmao). We OBJECT!
They might have a better chance if they didn’t already post their address publicly in a bunch of places, including on the public Google Play store, and referenced it in the New York Post.
Receipts below.
Polymarket thinks it can do whatever it likes - whenever it likes - to whomever it likes.
Polymarket are sitting in New York, claiming they don’t have to follow US law, and furthermore, they can STEAL from you.
And you can’t do ANYTHING about it.
But we are doing something about it.
In court - exactly where they don't want it to happen.
It might take a month, it might take a year. But @shayne_coplan, there will be a day when a man bangs his gavel and ORDERS you to pay me my money.
Mark my words.
We currently represent over $1 Million worth of YES shares against Polymarket. We gave them months to make this right. But they did nothing.
So time's up.
Shayne, you should have done the right thing. If you won't do right by your users, I will.
