People in comments really be proving that they do NOT understand Vegeta or Dragon Ball or Toriyama at all. It's like, you've all made an image of Vegeta with the pieces you like the most and discarded the "stupid" things like they never existed.

2015 vs 2026 Beerus Episode 3 doesn't show how terrified Vegeta was upon seeing the God of Destruction. He was so scared of his power level that he had to embarrass himself by making takoyaki/bingo dance just to keep Beerus calm. Vegeta doing embarrassing things he'd never do to please the GoD is something Toriyama had in his original vision, but the remaster doesn't do justice to it that well. #DBSuperBeerus

The fact they didn't keep any of the Vegeta gag moments (the most memorable gag and most important to the character of Vegeta) but kept in stuff like Oolong Rock Paper Scissors is baffling to me. I don't care if this keeps his "dignity" in tact, it's immediately less memorable.

You guys think that Vegeta fans would ask for the badman pink shirt scene to be removed if DBZ ever got a remake because that makes Vegeta look ridiculous?

Not a fan of how DBS: Beerus removing a lot of Vegeta’s humiliating moments not just cuz it’s detrimental to his character, but it also kinda feels like they’re removing the lighthearted moments that make Dragon Ball…..well, Dragon Ball. It’s a comedic series.

Vegeta humiliating himself and throwing his pride to the trash for the sake of his loved ones KNOWING it's not a fight he can win IS THE WHOLE POINT and then it gets mentioned LATER because Goku ALSO threw his pride to the side even if he hated SSG at the time bc it wasn't his
Xin@Disgusting_XinOct 25
WHY. I GENUINELY DON'T GET IT "It was hated back then" BY PEOPLE WHO WATCH DRAGON BALL FOR HYPE MOMENTS AND AURA YOU MEATHEADS

Shocks me that some people just straight up don't like Toriyama's writing

unpopular opinion but.. good hear me out I understand him setting his pride aside, and that showing evolution as a character But there are more "Vegeta" ways of doing-so Such as: - When he uses fusion - When he sacrifices himself The groveling in the OG was excessive imo 🤷‍♂️

In Sonic 06, in the cutscene "The death of Elise?!" there's a specific shot of Knuckles that looks like he's falling onto the ground. I checked the actual animation file and- apparently the actor was just crouching all along!

Making trans rep crystal clear: "Man how about some subtlety in writing for once" Making trans rep more subtextual: "No, this character is and will always be Cis even if the creator herself says otherwise" Moral is just write whatever you want and those people can get over it
