i'm open-sourcing 100% of my software intellectual property for free
(the fishing rod and not the fish)
i just spent the whole day consolidating my process to (vibe)-code with claude/codex that simplifies:
- spec-driven development (auto prd, backlog management, feature group manage) for both devs and product managers
- iterative phased-loop autonomous running for big tasks that run and self-heal/self-reflect to improve for hours until goal achieved without losing context via compaction
- rigourous auto architecture design (advanced riper-5) research selection and auto research compare self-learn from other code repo to adopt their features into ours
- persistent and smart routing context to get the right context for testing, features, etc that auto update everytime you work on sth
- self-improving knowledge base from both research, plans and context as you work on features
this is literally all of my most valuable knowledge in 2 years of coding with ai (with and without vibes) and this is what i use to
ship dozens of features daily for all of my 15 apps in the last 2 years - reliably, high quality, traceable, transferable between teammates, etc
i am open-sourcing this and will keep updating it as my process continues to improve
would be awesome if you guys can try it out (work with both codex/claude code for existing projects or new projects)
and give me some feedback! contributions are also welcomed!

the world is split now between people who:
- code with Claude Code
- code with Codex
- code with bare hands

"ok but what are you shipping?"
"all my smartest friends are vibe coding until 3am. intelligence is a commodity now man."
"cool. what are you shipping tho?"
"have you even seen the latest benchmarks? you're gonna be left behind bro."
"right but what are you actually shipping?"
"i'm maxing out my token budget every single day man."
"...so what are you shipping?"
"i promise i'm 10x more productive! you just don't get it! you're probably not even prompting right bro please..."

2 years ago i was just another cs student with zero real experience.
today i'm founding a saas startup pulling millions of impressions a month.
no ivy league degree. no faang internships. just shipped 30+ projects and didn't stop.
are you doing the same?

i'm gonna build in public and grow my audience
day 1-44 crickets, self-doubt, wondering if anyone cares
day 45-60 everything compounds at once
most people quit at day 43

there's a new career path: students and young professionals who treat their products as the main quest and their degree/9-5 as the side hustle

there's a playbook for technical founders in their 20s:
build in public for 30-45 days
hit the compound effect
then pivot hard from code to content
because shipping code without shipping content is just building in silence
momentum will reward you

founders launching their apps: We got so much demand that our website crashed

celebrating numbers feels good
but the real roi?
intentionally curating who follows you
signal what you're building
filter for aligned builders
that's what we call build in public my friend

i have an app idea to solve the bots problem on X
the name of the app is TrustHuman:
- before you make a reply - quickly verify you are a human with a selfie or biometrics
- your reply is saved and showcased in a beautiful Human page with a Human Badge
- you compete with others to see who has the most human and real engagement
however - early feedback has been users wonder what this app does for them.
i want it to be like a game where people can have fun which will make them stick around
could i get some ideas from you guys how to make this more fun and sticky or valuable for players?

building a saas while working full-time is like
no time to overthink
no time for perfect
no time for bullshit features
just:
- ship what matters
- test fast
- iterate faster
- cut ruthlessly
limited hours = forced clarity
the founders with "all the time" is still planning their launch

most builders are obsessing over one product for years
what you need to do:
- launch many projects in parallel with claude code
- learn distribution/marketing with openclaw
- learn to sales with real human
i promise you won't recognize yourself in a few months

isn't launching 6 startups in 12 months just. better market research?
like why spend a year perfecting one idea when you could test 6 and actually know what works
