This damn world!!! We live in a world where babies go without food, where millions of children are being harmed, where education comes with a price tag, where those with mental health issues are abandoned or imprisoned, where the people that don’t care are heard and the people that do care are silenced. We live in a world where medication is out of our financial reach, where our jobs are under paid, whilst the richest are over paid, where a fake judicial system is a show for the rich and the real judicial system is reality for the poor, where those that build nothing own mansions, those that help build and contribute within communities struggle. We live in a world where work is 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, where our family time has reduced so that the big corporations profits expand, where we work longer hours and later in life, whilst they enjoy all the finer things in life. We live in a world where our brave are sent off to war, but fail them on their return when they are in need, where budgets to get them out there are freely found but budgets to care for them are not. We live in a world where the suits and experts get rich at our expense and when they get it wrong, it is us that pay the price, where the banks can break the law and pay a fine, when we break the law we can pay with our lives. Where their excuses are to be believed and our facts are to be ignored. We live in a world where our governments don’t hear us, but always have an ear for the lobbyists, where our political system is supposed to be there to represent us but the politicians are in there to represent themselves, their promises made during elections never materialise and our wants and hopes get shattered, where they rule us without shame, the people they tell us are always to blame. We live in a world where the news bombards us with lies, those brave enough to make those lies public then have to hide, their global agenda of control is relentless in dividing us whilst continually Ignoring all that unites us, they are deliberate in trying to make us believe people don’t care, wanting us to believe those that do are rare. A world where 1% have too much, the 99% have too little… They will never change the world we live in, why would they, change will only come from us, all of us everywhere 🙏

The fight against shorts! Overstock and others each set a legal precedent, in different ways… But what happens IF you flipped the SHORTS script and reversed roles by using their own play book against them 🤔 “Companies that orchestrate or cause a stock short squeeze have historically received no direct legal punishment or regulatory fines from government authorities, because executing a strategic takeover, accumulating legal shares/options, or driving up a stock price through market accumulation is generally not classified as illegal stock manipulation” If it is finally time for @ryancohen to cook then I am thankful I am here to see it! It’s hard for SHORTS to claim victim status when the real victim has proof (CAT) and it’s nice to rob the robbers and pay back a minimal FINE like they always did 😂 The Landmark Case: Porsche and Volkswagen (2008) What Happened: Porsche secretly accumulated nearly 74.1% of Volkswagen’s voting shares through direct ownership and cash-settled options, while the German state of Lower Saxony held 20%. This left only around 5% to 6% of shares available in the free float, triggering a massive short squeeze that sent VW's share price past €1,000 and cost short-selling hedge funds an estimated $20 BILLION to $30 BILLION. Regulatory/Government Punishment: German and international regulators did not fine or penalize Porsche for causing the squeeze. While German prosecutors later investigated former executives (like CEO Wendelin Wiedeking) regarding market-timing disclosures and charges, those criminal trials and investigations did not result in a corporate conviction for causing the short squeeze itself. Civil Lawsuits: A group of hedge funds sued Porsche in U.S. federal court seeking $2 BILLION in damages, claiming Porsche lied about its takeover intentions to corner the market. However, a U.S. federal judge DISMISSED the lawsuit, ruling that U.S. securities laws did not apply to the foreign transactions, and subsequent civil appeals and actions failed. Overstock faced similar civil suits from short sellers over alleged squeeze tactics, which U.S. appellate courts also dismissed. (Hiding shit abroad has implications for those doing it?!) We are still supposed to believe that after DECADES of market abuse by naked short selling etc etc that no one ever came up with a plan to fight back??? IMHO, someone must have🫡🤔 just my thoughts 🍻 NFA, I still love crayons and licking windows! 💎🙌🦍

FINES have been issued for stock market manipulation to Banks, Hedge funds, Prime Brokers and Shorts, those fines do at least prove… They won’t stop, They do manipulate the market, They do lie, They don’t care who they hurt, They are more than happy to pay fines, They carry on regardless… It must be stopped! 💎🙌🦍 is THE best chance of making that happen 100%

We recently heard from @EverettStern1 regards Bank of America fine and his whistle blowing and the 1.9B fine issued to HSBC On 12th December 2012 But did you know this ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️😡 Dec 11th 2017 the US DOJ announced its plans to DISMISS ALL criminal charges against HSBC 😡 HSBC Admission: “Criminal information and acceptance of responsibility” HSBC Bank USA and HSBC Holdings hereby AGREE and stipulate that the following information is TRUE and ACCURATE . HSBC Bank USA and HSBC Holdings accept and acknowledge that they are responsible for the acts of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents as set forth below. If this matter were to proceed to trial, the Department would prove beyond a reasonable doubt, by admissible evidence, the facts alleged below and set forth in the criminal Information attached to this Agreement. These were the charges… 😡 Department of Justice Charges 7. The Department alleges, and HSBC Bank USA admits, that HSBC Bank USA’s conduct, as described herein, violated the BSA. Specifically, HSBC Bank USA violated Title 31, United States Code, Section 5318(h)(1), which makes it a crime to willfully fail to establish and maintain an effective AML program, and Title 31, United States Code, Section 5318(i)(1), which makes it a crime to willfully fail to establish due diligence for foreign correspondent accounts. Conduct in Violation of the BSA 8. From 2003 to 2006, HSBC Bank USA operated under a written agreement issued by its regulators. A written agreement is a formal supervisory action that requires a financial institution to correct operational deficiencies. The written agreement in this instance required HSBC Bank USA to enhance its AML compliance with the BSA, and specifically required HSBC Bank USA to enhance its customer due diligence or “know your customer” (“KYC”) profiles and the monitoring of funds transfers for suspicious or unusual activity. 9. From 2006 to 2010, HSBC Bank USA violated the BSA and its implementing regulations. Specifically, HSBC Bank USA ignored the money laundering risks associated with doing business with certain Mexican customers and failed to implement a BSA/AML program that was adequate to monitor suspicious transactions from Mexico. At the same time, Grupo Financiero HSBC, S.A. de C.V. (“HSBC Mexico”), one of HSBC Bank USA’s largest Mexican customers, had its own significant AML problems. As a result of these concurrent AML failures, at least $881 million in drug trafficking proceeds, including proceeds of drug trafficking by the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico and the Norte del Valle Cartel in Colombia, were laundered through HSBC Bank USA without being detected. HSBC Group was aware of the significant AML compliance problems at HSBC Mexico, yet did not inform HSBC Bank USA of these problems and their potential impact on HSBC Bank USA’s AML program. 10. There were at least four significant failures in HSBC Bank USA’s AML program that allowed the laundering of drug trafficking proceeds through HSBC Bank USA: Source: justice.gov/sites/default/… Case 1:12-cr-00763-ILG Document 3-3 Filed 12/11/12 Page 4 of 30 PageID #: 57 a. Failure to obtain or maintain due diligence or KYC information on HSBC Group Affiliates, including HSBC Mexico; b. Failure to adequately monitor over $200 trillion in wire transfers between 2006 and 2009 from customers located in countries that HSBC Bank USA classified as “standard” or “medium” risk, including over $670 billion in wire transfers from HSBC Mexico; c. Failure to adequately monitor billions of dollars in purchases of physical U.S. dollars (“banknotes”) between July 2006 and July 2009 from HSBC Group Affiliates, including over $9.4 billion from HSBC Mexico; and d. Failure to provide adequate staffing and other resources to maintain an effective AML program.

Diamond handed ape, is our badge of honour, It is something that was earned by doing, not saying! It separates us from “retail” because it is 💎🙌🦍 that do and have done what no other has ever done by defending the worthy at their weakest!!! We fight against the elite dictating what will or won’t succeed, we stand against all that is wrong in the market, we stand for what is right! In victory we will be remembered for being all we said, all we showed and all that we proved, millions of individuals bought what they believed in and came together, they shared that belief without fear, without cowering at the feet of the giants within Wall Street and without compromise and SOME now want that erased and left to be remembered one day as a victory for RETAIL!  We have had diamond handed apes pass away during this fight ffs and yet some believe we should be referring to ourselves as “retail” for what, because wall street mock us, main stream media ridicule us, the SEC ignore us… fuck em! It may be just 3 emoji on a screen to some, to me it is everything that separates us from obscurity and puts us front and centre in a battle never before believed possible! 6 years and we are still here!!!! 6 bloody years! Occupy Wall Street was retail, they lasted days! I am a 💎🙌🦍 who earned that right, that belief and that badge of honour!  Retail buys the shit MSM wants them to buy, buys what the latest suit ot expert tells them to buy! We buy what THEY tell us not too!  There is very little left of our movement, our community compared to 2021 that remains visible or vocal… Diamond Handed Ape should not be erased 😡 It should be fucking roaring!!!!

What’s not to know… THEY went all in shorting AMC to Bankrupt the company and collect when they thought everyone would sell and the price hit zero… Almost 6 years later and AMC is THRIVING, the only similarity of AMC from 2021 and AMC today is its dwindling debt, the legacy of staying in business when the doors were shut and of course its loyal shareholders holders! I know what I hold! 💎🙌🦍

Well I guesss it’s something at least… There better be a shit ton of investigating in the back ground @RobertKennedyJr 💎🙌🦍
My uncle John Kennedy regarded our motion picture industry as one of our most critical foreign policy assets. He appointed the esteemed and beloved war correspondent Edward R. Murrow to revamp the USIA to harness Hollywood to project US values and culture abroad. JFK heavily utilized TV, film documentaries (such as Five Cities of June), and international broadcasting to shape foreign policy, expand global affection and admiration for America, and promote U.S. interests abroad. In recent years, American politicians have allowed this iconic American industry to migrate to other nations. As Cheryl says, the infrastructure, talent, and capital are here—including the most creative filmmakers on earth. All we need to do is to realign the economics. It’s time to bring the movies home!

GME still has various options… One option If GameStop hypothetically chose to slashing the strike price of its warrants from $32.00 to a level well below the current market price (e.g., lowering it to $15.00 while the stock trades at $26.34)—anyone holding a short position in GME common stock would face severe financial pressure. Because the mechanics of a downward strike adjustment fundamentally favor long investors and penalize short sellers, it would trigger a chain reaction: Tick Tock Tick Tock 💎🙌🦍

==>>Brokers took an estimated $10.5 Trillion from buyers but didn't give them any shares! ==> $10.5 Trillion would earn AT LEAST $387 Billion at risk-free overnight rates. Funds available at too-big-to-fail NSCC to guarantee $316B of open positions was only $33B. (30Jun2026)
==>>Brokers took an estimated $4.5 Trillion from buyers but didn't give them any shares!! NSCC "open positions for which a trade guaranty applied" stood at $134 Billion on Dec 31 2025. This value is post-netting. That means only about 3% of the value traded is included in this Note to the annual financial statement. ==> $4.5 Trillion would earn AT LEAST $173.86 Billion at risk-free overnight rates. Now you know why they do it and how they afford to pay for politicians that keep the rules stacked in their favor. 🪄 ⚠️NC-17 Stand back: she is going to do science! 🧙‍♂️ 0.03X =134 where X = value traded. X/0.03 = 134/0.03 = 4,466.6
