I’ve been using CHAT GPT for all kinds of new marketing projects the past month. There are a couple primary use cases today and many more coming soon. 1. Content creation. Blog posts, articles, email copy, subject lines, landing page copy. 1/ #marketing #chatgpt #ai

2. Personalization - this is coming once we can ingest customer data. 3. Customer service - the human-like responses and actual useful information is WAYYYY better than what AI bots have been doing. 4. Chatbots - useful chatbots that can have human-like conversations w/customers

If you're sorry, say, "I'm sorry." If you say, "I'm sorry but...", then you're not really sorry.

Celebrate the small victories. This can be hard in our work-from-home business models, but even if it is just yourself....do it. Celebrate in some way. Make it a habit. Habits create the momentum that generates long term success. #success #work #celebrate #momentum

Formal peer support can help physicians deal with lawsuits, burnout, medical mistakes, and more. Peer supporters should be trained to listen to a colleague about their struggles and not necessarily “solve” their problems. #peers #support #physicians #research

Great businesses find ways to improve culture as they scale. Most businesses hyper-focus on scale at the expense of culture. The worst businesses believe culture and scale are diametrically opposed. #scale #culture

The #greatresignation is the vanguard of much deeper change to come. Just wait until people realize that it is far more fulfilling and rewarding to do things that feed your heart and soul, even if it means risking things like public perception or security.
