All the hate I’m seeing against the transgender community with Riley Gains as the vessel is infuriating to watch.
The attacks against Simone Biles using her trauma is particularly disgusting as well. Claiming Biles wouldn’t have Olympic medals if she competed against men, like there has been a male gymnast at the level of Biles, is ridiculous.
Trans Americans account for 0.95% of our population.
The NCAA has less than 10 trans athletes out of the 520,000 student athletes the body oversees.
If you like math as I do, trans athletes account 0.0000192308 of NCAA athletes.
When you look at it like that, isn’t it evident that the hate and legislation was just red meat for Trump’s base?
If you’re more worried about Transgender folks than the felon, fraud, rapist, and accused pedophile in the White House, you may be on the wrong side of history.
