This is why indians hate and don't trust Indian journalism especially when framing of caption is done so cleveryly.
It mentions the individual belongs from Bihar but conveniently chooses not to include his name because the accused belongs from a minority community.
If the accused was from a majority community (Hindu) then his name, caste everything would have been called out in the caption.
This is the moral decay of Indian Journalism is suffering from and will haunt journalists in the upcoming decades.
