Our Geo-Environmental Team have been onsite this week and mindful of the Landfill tax increase that takes Standard Rated material to a whopping £98.60/tonne. By reducing the amount of soil removed, we reduce disposal costs and ultimately improve sustainability by re-use of soils.
Milngavie Streetscape has been nominated for a @ScottishDesign Award in the Masterplanning/Landscaping: Public Realm/Landscaping category. This project gave us a great opportunity to experiment with parametric perforation patterns and modular approaches to the seating units.
Congrats to @forepartnership & design team on winning the @BCO_UK Innovation Award!
From the ‘Blue Roof’ drainage attenuation system to the re-use of the existing basement void, intelligent sustainability is at the heart of the project. We're pleased to have played our part.
