Hello, X. We're Workframe.
Simple online software that shows a small team who's working, who's away and what everyone is working on.
Built in the UK for teams of 5 to 50, especially four-day weeks, part-time staff and remote teams.

Two reports small teams actually use:
Leave overview: who's taken what, and who has days left
Time by person: logged work over any date range
Download either as a CSV.
Run the business? Try the Workframe demo as Owner.
Set working patterns and leave years, and see the reports.

A detail we care about: a non-working day and a day of leave look different in Workframe's calendar.
On a four-day week, that difference matters.
Weekend question for small business owners: what job would you happily hand to software, if you found the right tool?
Something we learned building Workframe:
Most leave tools start from the calendar. We started from the person, with their working pattern for each morning and afternoon. Everything else follows from that.
Why we built a demo.
A free trial asks you to set up your own team before you've seen anything. The demo skips that: a sample team, ready to go, in your browser.

Myth: you need a full HR system to manage leave properly.
Reality: a team of 5 to 50 needs working patterns, fair allowances and a clear calendar. Workframe starts from £1.49 per person a month.
Myth: a work log is just a timesheet with a nicer name.
Reality: a timesheet accounts for every minute. A work log is a few lines on what got done, written by the person who did it.
Myth: 28 days is the minimum holiday for everyone.
Reality: 28 days is the statutory minimum for someone working five or more days a week. Part-time staff get 5.6 times their own working week.
Remote work runs on trust.
Work Logs are written by the person who did the work. No timers, no screenshots, no activity tracking.
Approved leave, in the calendar you already use.
Subscribe to Workframe's private calendar feed in Google Calendar or Outlook. Request notes are never included.
Remote team?
"Is Sam in today?"
"Where are we with the client report?"
Those shouldn't need two messages. Workframe answers both in one place.

A small thing, and one reason a work log takes a minute or two a day, not ten.
Expected time isn't a target.
In Work Logs, expected hours come from each person's working pattern and drop on leave days. It's there to give context, not to watch anyone.
Try a work log in the Workframe demo.
Open it as Staff, write a line about what you did and pick how long it took. That's a day logged.

When someone's hours change mid-year, don't start a new spreadsheet.
In Workframe, add a new working pattern with a start date. Earlier patterns stay on record, and everything from that day follows the new hours.
