What’s happening in France is a wake-up call to the entire world. 🌍 The cost of living keeps rising while everyday people struggle to survive. People are tired of working hard just to barely get by. Governments need to start listening to the people before frustration turns into chaos. 💯🙏🏽

I just watched Camp Miasma and it was, among other things, an incredible horror movie about what horror movies ARE

Happy to report we have zero tech money running us so maybe catch up on our extensive backlog? We are funnier and about equal in terms of looks! New eps coming soon also…

What a week that was
Seeing @sapphicspielbrg big budget film at the very theatre they blocked me from playing my tiny movie at was emotional. ACTORS at @musicboxtheatre wld have been a milestone for me… wish Jane answered my email asking to have a dialogue instead of taking to twitter to cancel me…

one of the funniest results of our shitty political system - - politics guys trying to become film guys
When James Cameron’s “Aliens” was released 40 years ago, film critics dismissed it as a dumb blockbuster, a defense of patriarchy, and a reflection of US scorched-earth military policy. They were wrong on all counts. jacobin.com/2026/07/aliens-c…

its shocking people explaining Disclosure Day's ending with such absolute certainty, when it clearly presents its finale shrouded in such totemic ambiguity - modern day apocalyptic cinema on par with melancholia, pacifiction, the beast, etc etc
Of course Spielberg understands that, why else would he go to such lengths to create a scenario in which the human race is able to overcome it? Been seeing a lot of this and I’m not sure these people get the point of the movie

ah that old tedious addendum to the myth of Spielberg "ruining Hollywood and culture" Dude made the movie he wanted to make earnestly and Hollywood moguls took it from there and crashed it all (no take on Lucas, dont care)
disclosure day: 2.5 hours of remorse from a self-hating zionist who ruined mass market art and american culture forever. definitely an insidious work. i think i loved it. probably the last hollywood film
