i work in retail, and yes, naka tahi talaga ang bulsa. and really, you’ll realize na kahit naka tahi yung bulsa, may nakawan pa rin talagang nangyayari. pero my heart goes for all retail employees… cashiers, baggers, sales associates, stockman, everyone.
yes!!!! ang hirap talaga. the job market is already highly competitive and with another wave of fresh graduates entering the workforce soon, the competition is only going to become more intense. there are simply more people competing for a limited number of opportunities.
jusko kung commuter kayo, ramdam na ramdam niyo yan. kung hindi kayo affected sa increase ng gas at ng pamasahe, damn, what a life,
pero you can really feel the struggling economy we are facing right now. dagdag niyo pa yung baha, init, at air quality.
sobrang lubog natin.
nobody talks about how mentally draining and tiring it is when your mood is constantly switching between "it's okay, i dont care, im fine" to "idk how much more i can take of this"

I fucking love people who become more themselves with age. Stranger taste. Clearer boundaries. Louder laugh. Less interest in impressing random people. Watching somebody slowly stop auditioning for the world is fucking beautiful.
my company now offered me different role (hr coordinator) with no difference in salary except small change on leaves. at the same time, another company offered me a better pay, better benefits.
always go after better benefits. you are entitled with your 13th month pay anywy.
