I’m a trans woman who was sent to a conversion therapist weekly for 2 years, so I know exactly how this will be used. Any children who genuinely regret transition will probably detransition through normal routes (offered by normal trans clinics). The children who are sent (1/3)
to this clinic will be trans children in unaccepting families. Maybe a 17 y/o will get caught DIY’ing and their parents will send them here. Maybe some kid suffering from gender dysphoria will be sent here to be “fixed”. Evangelical parents across the south will use it as (2/3)

Sure, but regions south of the US use elevation to their advantage. Mexico city sits at 7,300 feet elevation and has a very nice climate. Bogota is at 8,660 feet. Quito (near the equator) is at 9,350 feet. The weather is manageable because high = cooler
