You get the nsfw admin flag if you're identified as a primarily nsfw acc, it doesn't matter if you label it correctly. That's also the reason this report reason exists. So if you post like 1 nsfw post among 20 sfw you'll not get a label but if you're a nsfw artist you prolly will

Idk if people read the ToS, but it's plainly stated here. If you label your nsfw properly, your account won't get flagged. The post won't have SFW visibility, but you won't get a permanent NSFW account flag.

What I'm saying is, if you're really a nsfw acc constantly and not once in a blue moon it'll get tiring to try and walk on eggshells to avoid shadowbans, plus kinda useless since your manually labeled posts will still be reachless. You can try but I still prefer separate accs

Convinced on why there's a ruckus about this now cus this happened in 2023, that's when they stopped flagged posts from getting on "for you" therefore nsfw accounts were shadowbanned

There are however more temporary nsfw shadowbans that you can lift if you stop posting nsfw but if it happened to you multiple times they slap a pernament label on you so all your posts are automatically labeled sensitive and don't have reach anymore
