Starting my 51st year of being a type 1 diabetic. Along with depression and advanced cancer it hasn't been easy. In my younger days my mom got me through the hard times. It's been much more difficult since she has been gone. I keep her always in my mind.

Amazing visit to the Cancer Survivors Daffodil Garden on the Dartmouth Watwrfront today. There was some terrible damage the past couple weeks from disrespectful, horrible people. Nice to see so many flowers survived and thrived in spite of the stupidity.

I am totally disgusted by this. WHY? It is a place of reflection and hope. I go every year and I will go again.

Today would have been my mom's 87th birthday. She is gone but will never ever be forgotten. Her being a nurse and me diagnosed with juvenile diabetes, she was a huge part of my life, even as an adult. I wish she was here to help me through cancer.

Lost my best ever companion yesterday. Harley has almost 8 and has been having clusters of seizures for about 6 years. They finally got the better her. Gald was last was my best, have fun with Nippers and Fatcho, Harely.

This amazing little human just turned 1. The mandatory cake smash yesterday and she loved it, we had fun as well. It is hard to wrap my head around the past year. Highs...lows...and way too much blahhhhhhh. Cheers everyone. #sicknotweak #peacelovecure

I am back to the year 2022 and have home tv/internet again. Phone working much better. A week without tv and internet wasn't that bad. I did game some service on my cell so I could knew what was going on, kinda. At the oncogist today 😵‍💫

Still no tv or internet, now the power is out again. Cell service is spotty at best. Nerve pain is off the charts as I am changing meds, new one hasn't kicked in yet. Hope everyone in Twitter land is having the best day they can have. #SickNotWeak #peacelovecure
