Millennials aren't lazy. We're exhausted. We spent our twenties and thirties following all the rules. We went to school, got degrees, worked long hours, chased promotions, paid ridiculous rent, accumulated debt, and did everything we were told would lead to a better life. And what did we get in return? Unaffordable homes, stagnant wages, endless bills, burnout, and a system that keeps demanding more while giving us less. We were promised that hard work would pay off. That if we played by the rules, stayed responsible, and worked hard enough, we'd eventually have the life we dreamed of. Turns out, a lot of that was a scam. We're not lazy. We're tired of sacrificing our entire lives for a system that doesn't reward us. We want time, freedom, financial stability, affordable homes, meaningful work, and a chance to actually enjoy the lives we're working so hard to build. We're not giving our best years to a broken system anymore. And honestly, who can blame us?
