DUTERTES, ROBREDO IN TOP THREE OF 2028 PRESIDENTIAL SURVEY
Vice President Sara Duterte, her brother Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte, and former Vice President Leni Robredo are among the top presidential preferences for the 2028 elections, according to the latest survey by WR Numero Research.
Sara leads with 42.4%, followed by Robredo at 15.9% and Baste Duterte at 6.9%. Senator Raffy Tulfo ranks fourth with 6.7%.
The nationwide survey, conducted from Oct. 7 to 13, 2026, covered 1,225 adult respondents.
Sara’s rating rose from 33% in November 2025 to 42.4% in October 2026, while Robredo’s declined from 21% in June to 15.9% in October. | @TristanNodalo

Kris Aquino says if she were to enter politics, she would like to be appointed to a post in the Department of Health.
She also believes that the people deserve honest and accountable public servants:
"If ever, sana ma-appoint ako ng kung sino man ang mahahalal na maging DOH, kasi sa experience ko, Boy. Alam nilang hindi ako magnanakaw. Yung mapababa lang ang cost ng gamot ang laking bagay na, and maybe by not taxing the importation of medicine so high, we can already make it so affordable.
Ako, I feel talaga na dapat ang mga naa-appoint, yung alam ng taong may naitabing pera na. Wala po akong sinasabi at pinariringgan ngayon, but I would think we deserve honest [and accountable] public servants."
