This is the new mech swing.
There is a lot more but this is all I can fit into one Twitter video. Note: all of these are Japanese. When I saw New Jack Swing hit Japanese VGM composers like crack, I'm not exaggerating even a bit. They used it even more than Western composers.
Would you be able to send me some examples for the jazz or new Jack swing that you had in mind? I’m working on a project over at @meksoot which is… a different kind of mech game but I’m just curious! :]

La cantante japonesa milet compartió un sentido homenaje cantando ‘Chiisana Te no Hira’, el tema de cierre de ‘Clannad’, dedicado al escritor y compositor Jun Maeda tras revelarse su diagnóstico de cáncer de garganta y su decisión de pasar a cuidados paliativos.
Junto a la grabación, la artista confesó lo difícil que fue interpretar la pieza por la enorme carga emocional de la noticia, dedicándole unas palabras de aliento al creativo para recordarle que su música es una parte imborrable de su vida y que sigue rezando por él.
