"Pookie, a Texas father of 10, for 25 years has been selling drugs and never got in trouble. But while door dashing, he was arrested for several drug related criminal acts. Now he's in jail, away from his family for several years."
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him. Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r

EXCLUSIVE: The Justice Department is stepping in after a heated confrontation at a women's professional soccer game in Portland leaves "Save Women's Sports" supporters struck with flagpoles and forcibly removed by stadium security. Video shows tensions escalating after roughly 20 fans reveal XX-XY Athletics shirts and unfurl a "Save Women's Sports" banner during a Portland Thorns match before pro-trans activists confront the group and surround them with trans pride flags. Now, federal officials say the incident raises potential First Amendment and viewpoint discrimination concerns, while Portland police investigate reports of harassment and vandalism. The DOJ is reviewing whether government officials played a role in the removals. See why the stadium's ownership could become a key factor: foxnews.com/outkick-sports/e… @Outkick

My new article is out. Christina Applegate spent five years living under an MS diagnosis and speaking openly about it, only for her doctor to walk in and say “Congratulations, you don’t have MS.” She’s still disabled. She still needs a wheelchair to get from the parking lot to the doctor’s office. The same progressive symptoms that cost her her career are still there, and now she has no name or community for what’s wrong. The disease didn’t get the memo. Then the mean-girl commentary arrived. Megyn Kelly framed Applegate’s distress as disappointment over losing her status as the public face of the disease and the platform that came with it. Janice Dean, who has lived with actual MS for more than 20 years and left her long career at Fox News because of it, called the remarks disgusting. She noted that she’s one of those people who talk about their diagnosis precisely to help others. As am I. As someone who has lived with MS for 16 years after years of being told my symptoms were psychological, I agree. Losing the label while remaining sick is its own special hell. The people policing the “correct” emotional reaction rarely live inside the body in question. Christina is still sick. She's still disabled. She still lost her career. She just no longer has any answers for it. For the full article, see below. @JaniceDean this one is for you and all of us who struggle with this terrible disease.

At 70 mph, one 4-second football play = 411 feet driven blind. This driver had the game on a tablet on his dash. The carrier's record: phone violations, false logs, and drivers without valid CDLs or med cards. The trucking industry is systemically compromised.

Rose City Riveters, which sanctioned, directed, supplied, and carried out the attack on us Friday night, is part of the 107 Independent Supporters Trust - a registered not-for-profit organization in the state of Oregon. It has Federal 501c(7) status. Its members have ties to Antifa, which is a federally designated terror organization. @MrAndyNgo wrote about them in his book Unmasked: Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy. The group is officially sanctioned by the @ThornsFC and @TimbersFC. @USAttyBradford

There is no legal basis the @ThornsFC could possibly point to for our removal (from a publicly owned and taxpayer funded property, no less). -The Thorns allow all sorts of political signage, even violent signage and chants. -I stood and cheered for the Thorns the entire time (as the section requires) -Unlike the other fans, we didn't attack anyone. We were the ones attacked. -We wore our shirts proudly and cheerfully -We kept cheering for the team, even under assault

The coastal elites hate Americana. We know what they really think, and we know why they are so quickly defending Obama’s snobbery. They might think they are “too good” for the Cheesecake Factory, or find the decor to be tacky, but most regular Americans don’t

🚨 OHIO JUST ENDED ITS NON-DOMICILE CDL PROGRAM. EVERY STATE SHOULD FOLLOW SUIT!! About 5,000 holders. Downgraded. But Ohio is still exposed. Other states are still sending drivers on non-domicile CDLs into Ohio. New York alone has 32,606 outstanding, and USDOT found over 53% of the records it sampled were issued in violation of federal law. No state should have to honor fraudulent, illegally issued commercial driver's licenses. Banning issuance isn't enough. REVOKE THEIR RECIPROCITY. BAN ALL NON-DOMICILE CDLS IN EVERY STATE REVOKE RECIPROCITY FOR ALL NON-DOMICILE CDLS Watch our commentary of the recent FOX Coverage with an Ohio legislator on what she found at an Ohio BMV recently. My friend and my boss. It's a privilege to see how far he's come.
As parents, we are sacrificing ourselves for our children because that's how we show that we love them. But you're allowed to be absolutely selfish. You get to weaponize children too in this society...use them as pawns to hurt someone else. It's motivated by hatred, not love.

🚨SHOTS FIRED: TROOPERS TAKE OUT SEMI'S TIRES AT HIGHWAY SPEED Arkansas officers chased a fleeing 18-wheeler down I-30 and opened fire on its tires at highway speed. 6 to 7 rifle shots. Sparks. Smoke. Radio traffic: "Shots fired." The driver is from Florida, a state known for improperly issuing commercial driver's licenses. The motor carrier is from Illinois, a state known for non-domiciled CDL drivers and chameleon carriers. Was this one of the non-domiciled drivers?

🇺🇸 Getting a preview of the new documentary about the number of illegal immigrants who obtained commercial driver’s licenses and got jobs driving tractor-trailers, despite being unable to read highway signs. Incredible film. @wrong_speak @SecDuffy

🇺🇲 This documentary is going to blow the doors off the trucking industry. Got an advanced screening of #TheIllegalHighways, which my brother @wrong_speak put together to shed light on the MASSIVE problem of illegal aliens being put behind the wheel in this country.

Oh man...
BREAKING: The US Department of Justice is reviewing the forceful ejection of fans wearing XX-XY t-shirts at Friday's Portland Thorns game. "The Justice Department is aware of these reports and will review the matter thoroughly. Where the facts and the law warrant action, the Department will not hesitate to act." A DOJ spokesperson also told me, "Based on what is known so far, the conduct described appears to raise viewpoint discrimination and First Amendment questions rather than sex discrimination. The Department is reviewing it."
