The timing is so obvious. They knew in Nov house rep were going to investigate and discover, so contacted to give back. When didn't get all back after Nov, told him needed more in Dec, and then said nope still not done in January. That's much more plausible than incompetence

Any other time, Judy would have railed against the plaintiff for not having control of her dog and allowing it to be on their property. I hate pit bulls as much as she, but it clouds her judgment often.
