Published today: the genesis post-quantum signature of X-39 Evidencia — triple-signed in June 2026 (ML-DSA-87 / FIPS 204, ECDSA, PGP), anchored in Bitcoin blocks 952718 & 952732. Keys, signatures, proofs, recipe: github.com/x39matrix/x39-Evi…
Thank you to the @dfinity team for everything you've made it possible for me to learn, build and imagine, and for betting on a sovereign cloud. I have ideas for a bigger project I haven't presented yet. More soon.@dominic_w @DfinityToday @Bitcoin @x39matrix
完全开源,AGPL-3.0,详见 x39matrix.org。
Limits, stated: this proves the manifest existed before block 952718 and was signed by the holders of those keys not authorship, not truth. The PGP signature is pending (public key not yet published). The June ML-DSA key is historical; production uses a newer key since 2026-07-16
Now anyone can check an X-39 proof without trusting me.
I wrote up why the verifier runs offline on your own machine, and what changed this week.
Feedback welcome from people building tools for journalists: @guardianproject @FreedomofPress
X-39 Evidencia (Android, beta): prove a photo, video or any file existed, unchanged, at a date — before anyone denies it. Nothing leaves your phone; only its hash is anchored in Bitcoin. Free & open source. x39matrix.org @guardianproject
A real agreement, sealed on 28 Aug at 14:10 UTC. Its existence was anchored in Bitcoin 32 minutes later, in block 964449. Co-signed with ML-DSA-87 from an air-gapped machine.
Verify it yourself. No account. No permission. No trust in us required. 🧵 #PostQuantum
Submitted to four independent @opentimestamps calendars; three have anchored it in Bitcoin (blocks 964449, 964451, 964465), one still pending. Any single anchor proves prior existence.
Redundancy is not a bug. It is the design. @peterktodd #Bitcoin #OpenTimestamps
A journalist holds a sensitive document. Too dangerous to publish today — but tomorrow they must prove they had it today.
X-39 Notaría: the file never leaves your device. Only its SHA-256 travels — post-quantum signed (ML-DSA-87, NIST FIPS 204), anchored to Bitcoin via @OpenTimestamps, served from @dfinity. No single server to shut down. Verify without permission:
tvkfy-xqaaa-aaaab-qheta-cai.…
My pruned Bitcoin node (14 days of IBD, laptop + WSL) just verified X-39 Notaría's OpenTimestamps anchor against its own proof-of-work chain — zero block explorers, zero calendars, zero third parties.
sha256(proof.json) → merkle path → block header #957242. Recomputed locally.
Don't trust. Verify. It runs on hardware anyone can afford.
Offline verifier + evidence bundle (AGPL-3.0): github.com/x39matrix/x39-not…
Built on @peterktodd's OpenTimestamps. @lopp — one more sovereign node on the network.
The full technical demonstration is available here → teapaw.org/i/status/2078082819163…
It shows X‑39 running fully offline, verifying evidence without servers, custody, or external trust — built on sovereign infrastructure and enabled by the builders behind it.
A next infrastructure upgrade is already in progress to strengthen the verification layer even further.

For those asking the story behind the three anchors — what they are, why they exist, and why one of them carries my son's name:

Author here. The technical context for r/Bitcoin specifically:
This is a sovereign IP filing sealed with NIST FIPS 203 (ML-KEM-1024) + FIPS 204 (ML-DSA-87) — both post-quantum algorithms — and then triple-anchored in Bitcoin mainnet via three independent OpenTimestamps calendars.
The three Bitcoin blocks**:
- block #952148 (alice.btc calendar) — 2026-06-02 20:47 UTC
- block #952150 (bob.btc calendar) — 2026-06-02 21:03 UTC
- block #952174 (catallaxy.btc calendar) — 2026-06-03 03:41 UTC
Verify yourself** (no API keys, uses only mempool.space):
ots upgrade fichero.ots && ots info fichero.ots
→ BitcoinBlockHeaderAttestation(952148) ✔
Or audit the full 51-axiom system:
curl -sL x39matrix.org/PUBLIC_VERIFY_… | bash
Verifier script SHA-256:
`7de8f8341aa3136f68ab5adbb5b950dfb2cbcf76c5e7036f153a87635226bc29`
No custodian. No HSM. No VC. Built solo. The signing key never existed as a single secret — reconstructed by subnet consensus on demand and discarded.
Bitcoin secured money in 2009. Today it secures post-quantum sovereign identity.

@DFINITYDev
Bitcoin Security Lab (btc-x39)
We built a complete attack simulation lab on Bitcoin regtest that demonstrates x39Matrix’s defensive capabilities:
1. 51% Attack Detection
// X39Matrix 51% Attack Lab // Mine alternative chain on regtest to trigger reorg // and validate that L7 Sentinel detects tip_block_hash change + missing UTXO // 1. Mine legitimate chain (5 blocks) rpc.generate_to_address(5, &legit_addr, None, None)?; // 2. Transaction to X39Matrix (should confirm) let txid = rpc.send_to_address(&legit_addr, 0.01, …)?; // 3. Mine 6 blocks on ALTERNATIVE CHAIN (51% attack) let reorg_blocks = rpc.generate_to_address(6, &attack_addr, None, None)?; // 4. RESULT: L7 detects reorg + lost tx → ReorgDetected
Result: Layer L7 (AI Governance Sentinel) immediately detects the tip_block_hash change, identifies the reverted transaction, and emits a ReorgDetected alert.
2. Complete Defense Suite
|Module|Simulated Attack|x39Matrix Defense|| — | — | — ||51attack/|Chain reorg with longer alternative chain|L7 Sentinel detects tip change + missing UTXO||double_spend.sh|Double spend during reorg window|L3 Execution validates UTXO set in real-time||race_condition.sh|Competing mempool transactions|Race-Guard module with deterministic priority||dos_dust_attack.sh|Micro-transaction flood|L5 Scalability filters dust by threshold||mempool_bloat.sh|Mempool saturation for fee manipulation|L4 Consensus normalizes fee estimation||chain_fork.sh|Deliberate fork to confuse bridges|L6 Omnichain verifies cross-chain consistency||mining_alternativa.sh|Covert parallel mining|L1 Infrastructure monitors hashrate distribution|
Why ICP is the Ideal Bridge
Native Bitcoin Integration — ICP has direct access to the Bitcoin network via threshold ECDSA signatures and the Bitcoin API, with no vulnerable external bridges
Consensus Speed — Canisters process in 1-2 seconds vs Bitcoin’s 10 minutes. x39Matrix can analyze and alert before the next confirmation
Minimal Operational Cost — Canisters run on cycles, enabling 24/7 monitoring for fractions of a cent
True Decentralization — The code lives on-chain, not on a centralized server that can be compromised
Web3 Native — Frontend served directly from the canister, no DNS or traditional hosting needed
Canisters Deployed on Mainnet
