The funniest thing is this was before EWC Atlanta or Birmingham was even a thing. So there was no travel or anything to be paid for. like I said they asked for $2,000 at 30% rev share. If we got Second again at WSOW then we would be paying the Org $8,000 each to represent them and it’s not like they would have to pay for hotel or travel.
I said they get their money back through doing content with their creators and they have to utilize their players and their following by making YouTube videos, Twitter posts whatever it is to involve the players more with their brand. I even said we would do $2k a month at no rev split but if we wanted a revenue split at 30% then we’d require more money like $5k a month. I specifically told him while we’re talking that Warzone orgs DO NOT make money unless they have a very good social / content team and/or their team wins everything
This guy is so salty about losing money on Warzone he just completely made up a story about me? This was after I placed 2nd at WSOW keep in mind they wanted us to take $2,000 a month at 30% revenue split. I said bro there is no way I could do a split at that low it makes no sense. I just got 53,000 from 2nd at WSOW and so if hypothetically we signed to them for that I would’ve paid him $16,000 and he would’ve paid me $8,000 over four months. So i asked him what the point was and why would I want to sign to the org if I would just make twice the money by not being signed. I said if you wanted to be at the high of a revenue share we’d have to be closer to $5,000 a month. This is right after Luke said he didn’t want to sign with for fun so let’s just ask for a lot of moment.
After game one (keep in mind we had atleast 30 mins of delays prior we’d have another 10-30mins in between next game) they said we couldn’t go to the bathroom and the only reason I was able to go was because I asked them for a cup to piss in😭
