@AppleSupport I have been charged (to mobile billing) for an app I thought had been cancelled during the free trial. I have now noticed £7.99 x 7 on my phone bill, and have been denied twice for a refund, despite the app never being used beyond the first day of the free trial.
Additionally, this is an app on my daughter’s iPad, that she immediately realised she did not like, and it has charged £7.99 per week(!) despite not being used. Daylight robbery of a price, never mind the fact that she hasn’t used it as she prefers Procreate!
I should probably add that also, I did not receive a single “invoice from Apple” email about any of these charges, despite receiving these notifications for any other recurring charges via Apple subscriptions, which seems even more sneaky! @AppleSupport @Apple
