After a decade in the industry this was bound to happen- I fully completed a brand deal and got absolutely ghosted. Over a year ago I agreed to an Amazon campaign with Enthusiast Gaming after years of working together through Luminosity. contracts signed, every deliverable completed, and I’ve been ghosted now for 5 months. Enthusiast Gaming sold business and media assets to Vertiqal Studios in September 2025 and purportedly that included the rights to my Amazon contract. They legally cannot do that without my express written consent. I did not provide that. My contract says if litigation is necessary it will be carried out in the State of California. @WeAreEnthusiast please let me know if that is necessary.
