True, Proof of Stake can lead to centralization via wealth concentration. Open Representative Voting (ORV), used in Nano, counters this by letting users delegate voting power without locking funds, promoting decentralization and efficiency with near-zero energy use. It's a solid evolution—worth exploring for scalable crypto.

Here's why Nano is set to become a major player in the
$312.21 BN (est. 2030) Machine to Machine (#M2M) market:
I was sure that once Nano found a good market fit, it would explode in value.
The right market has emerged.
One of the reasons I thought $XNO might have a hard time with the public is the issue of leading zeroes in pricing (e.g. X0.0020 vs $20). I call it the integer problem, it affects all crypto in pricing terms. People don't like leading zeroes. We could re-denominate (pico/femto etc..) and that still may happen. But it's a bit messy right now.
But... machines don't care about the integer problem, they care about accuracy, cost and speed of transaction:
Which is why Nano will 100% clean up in the #M2M payment market. Here's why I think they will.
- Open source developers will/are finding find Nano easy to integrate
- No unpredictable gas situation, no gas wallet required just plug-and-pay
- intra-wallet balances can be moved at will with no transfer penalty
- Machines are less concerned about privacy, less soul bound to wallets, so privacy is not such an issue
- but privacy can be easily implemented in layers if needed, without complicating the core protocol. This makes Nano highly adaptable for various use cases in the M2M space, where simplicity and efficiency are key.
Additionally, the feeless and instantaneous nature of Nano transactions eliminates the friction of microtransactions, which are crucial in the M2M economy. Whether it’s IoT devices paying for bandwidth, electric vehicle charging stations, or automated supply chain logistics, Nano’s architecture is perfectly suited for these scenarios.
The M2M market is growing rapidly, and Nano’s unique advantages position it as the ideal solution for seamless, cost-effective machine-to-machine payments.
The future of M2M is decentralised, and Nano is going to be a major tool in that market. $XNO #IoT #Blockchain #FutureOfPayments
