这次来日本除了马拉松鞋外没有带其他鞋。于是周一下班去买了双vivobarefoot，展会穿了三天没想到导致左脚跟腱疼。右脚骨折以后一直只锻炼右脚肌群，没想到左脚竟然比右脚弱了。回上海要拉伸小腿肌肉+离心提踵练了，否则三月的女子半马要无法完赛了。
