“In Guatemala, there was never a Civil War, but an agreement between the US & Israel. That’s why we love, animate, and like Palestine. Live, free, free, live, live Palestine. We love you sister. We are One, we are of the World!”

Many people will turn George Floyd into a martyr today. We must fight to remember that he did not *give* his life for justice, for our movement, for an uprising. He wanted to live. He fought to live.

If you’re in the US and asking how to support #SaveSheikhJarrah, the answer is: Boycott, divest from & sanction Israel. Start with the $3.8 billion the US sends Israel annually from our tax $$. That check is material & political cover for Israel to do what it wants with impunity.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there. The mothers who give their children everything. The incarcerated mothers. The sick mothers. The mothers who have lost autonomy in motherhood. The mothers who regret motherhood. Every mother is worth celebrating.

What’s happening in Jerusalem and Palestine more broadly is not a "clash" or a "scuffle," but a state-sanctioned campaign of Israeli violence against Palestinians. To pretend otherwise is to minimize the horrors we are witnessing.

the university couldn't have figured out the CV infrastructural issues BEFORE registration? i find that so hard to believe. this is ridiculous and now there are a bunch of students whose housing for 2021-22 just got revoked

Reminder: Police kill an average of 3 people every day. More than 1,000 every year. Sometimes the media pay attention and we know the victims’ names but usually they don’t. And that means we don’t know.
