#Freelancers who use forms. A get to know you 1-5 Q, set the expectations, I get it. However in the last week I have filled out twenty, 30+ Q forms, all multiple choice no places to expand all blatantly automated. Efficient sure, but as someone hiring this isn't building trust.
(6/7) Like many other women have realized recently, especially in the wake of the #GreatResignation, directing our own careers offers us flexibility, freedom and fulfillment that few FT jobs can provide-no matter how rewarding the job and how wonderful the people we work for.
(7/7) I am eternally grateful to @RyanVestby and @bridgesdavid for their support through the years. I’ve learned so much working w/ them and will bring that knowledge and insight with me as my career takes on this new path. Stay tuned for more, but first a well deserved break!
