like easy guessable password (spraying/bruteforce), sometimes leaks and password reuse (cracked software ...). So here we can see that the company should do awareness sessions for best practices, and why not use mfa to make it more hard ...

but what is common there, is ACLs, I wasn't expected to see to much (forgotten/given by error/ unmanaged) privileges. That's another level of detection if those ACLs was intended, or someone who's already infiltrated to the network ...
