📢 IRIAM opens to the public on the 20th, so we’re bringing the viewer etiquette tips back!
‼️ One of the things I missed: avoid announcing that you’re in a stream just for the daily points!
Many streamers find this disrespectful to not only themselves but their community as well. Comments like these disrupt the flow of conversation and put the streamer down.
Instead:
- quietly collect your points and go about your day.
- spend time with streamers who encourage daily point stops in their thumbnails or stream name.
- interact authentically as you would your oshi, and wish them a good day on your way out!
… But the most important tip I forgot to add:
Have.
Fun.
Don’t force yourself to stay, don’t do irresponsible things to watch us, and don’t stress! We’re all here to have a good time, so let’s hang out and enjoy IRIAM together 💙
