$AVZ As for funding being a private company doesn’t hinder you to various traditional financings; project financing, debt, loans, new upfront payments for OTs, new JV partners etc etc etc current example Locke funds for both operating and litigation costs. Should $AVZ decide to go mining and need an additional “traditional”capital market funds from an exchange, (but we know funding is not the problem for such a project as additional finance from majors (African development banks), other JV partners not least CAT and probably more (think global miners) and other new strategic fund acquisitions into the lithium space, will invest or is already keen), then AVZ would be much better off to relist on LSE or NYSE (as in being able to attract real global investors, Note: Cantor Fitzgerald in the past), as ASX is not the exchange for such (for starters exchange rate AUD/USD, franked vs none, tax, FIRB (foreigners don’t like that), time zone for EU & North American instos, ASX unfamiliar to foreign investors) etc!! @LudbrookTy should know all this if he was truly a global corporate advisor, as it is basic 101 knowledge ‼️ or maybe he has just been drinking too much dark rum, again 🤔 PS just because a company goes private, doesn’t mean overnight it’s worthless, like what the detterents are claiming, the dumbest statement of the century, again think X, Heinz, Hilton, Dell and so on
