Policies that impact an org's ability to hire and retain employees of color or people with disabilities - driving background checks, requirement to lift 25 pounds, requiring a drivers license when you don't need to drive, etc. #YNPN20

Suggestions on making orgs more equitable: no salary ranges, ban the box, having floating holidays, leaving off education requirements on job postings, changing paternalistic policies, PTO for election day, PTO for Juneteeth, no required lifting or licenses #YNPN20
