@XpressEthernet Your helpline is just useless on Goa. Tickets are closed without resolving any issues. Everything is dumpednon the Local dealer. I had requested a plan upgrade, and you guys cancelled my existing plan valid fo 275 days and are telling to pay more for a new plan.

No one calls from customer care 3 or 4 tickets are closed without even giving a call. This is how u treat customers who have been with you for 7 years. I have been after this issue since last one month. Hope to get some assistance now atleast.

Really sad to hear about the tragic incident of a leopard being hit by a train. I've asked the APCCF to look into the situation and investigate the matter. The site has been secured, a team of veterinarians has been dispatched, and a post-mortem investigation is ongoing.

@BSNL_MH @rsprasad @BSNL_MH Complaint No. 1052561227 closed without resolving. After reporting issue is not resolved new complain is issued with No. 1052572673. Field team calls and tells issue with server in Margao, Goa exchange. My issue still unresolved. Broadband is very slow

@pgm_goa_bsnl @BSNL_MH Yet again the same issue. Complaints are closed without resolution. Just waiting for a private vendor to enter my area. Wifi slow, landline as good as dead. Complaint No-105406237, 1054035964.

@BSNL_MH @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate complain No. 1052572673 closed without resolving. 3rd complaint registered today. No field team visited the site yet. Only telephonic conversations. Disturbance in line, broadband on and off every 2 minutes.
Genuine incident: my dog coco is absolutely traumatised by the crackers being burst. I found out today it's because of the damn @IPL matches. So I told coco these are not for a Hindu festival but for cricket. He is no longer traumatised.
