Kids raise with chores were the same kids with after school employment or weekend jobs and these soon to be adults always enjoyed life employed.
Canada employs too many Gate Keepers or as better known as employees hired to block progress. So much has to happen before Gate Keepers permit progress. Simple projects get blocked for decades at prohibitive costs just to provide employment for the Gate Keepers and his bevy of employees!
