Went to a really interesting talk by @GroomB this morning in Swinton. “Made in Manchester -a People’s History of the City That Shaped the Modern World” amongst other highlights was the part about Kathleen Drew-Baker who ‘saved Japan’s sushi industry’ and is celebrated annually.
