@digimobil_es lamentable muestra de profesionalidad. Me quedo sin internet de repente, salgo a la puerta y veo a un instalador pegando tirones para pasar un cable de fibra. Resultado: rompe mi roseta, me quejo y la respuesta es “la culpa de tu instalador”
Llamo a @digimobil_es y me dicen que como no soy cliente suyo que me aguante y llame a mi operadora. Entiendo que los errores ocurren pero me frustra mucho el despotismo con el que actúan algunos. ¿Por qué tengo que dejar de trabajar por culpa de otro y que no me den solución?
