Two lawyers can produce a 10-page document, but the quality of the legal thinking behind each document may be worlds apart.

No, his offer is not small.
A lot of people who are keen on remote work lack discipline. They work for more than 5 companies and eventually create mess .

If a law firm can ridiculously pay its lawyers below the Nationally approved minimum wage, how much will it pay the likes of its typists, cleaners, errand workers etc who work for the smooth running of the firm 🤷
I featured in a Proceeding where a lawyer was seeking a long adjournment on the ground that he’s the only lawyer left in the law firm and the workload was too much for him. A law firm that’s owned by a reputable Senior Advocate of Nigeria for that matter.
This has to be looked into by the appropriate authorities please. The profession shouldn’t be allowed to be thrown into shambles by the so-called senior lawyers.

Young man, you need a daily cashflow no matter how small. Something that gives cash frequently and predictably. This isn’t a meme
The Nigerian government, and Nigerians generally, need to start taking aesthetics a lot more seriously.
Look at the backdrop of the National Theatre. That beautiful lake, the bridge and the Blue Line running across it. It is such a stunning composition. It should be a defining visual of Lagos, an iconic postcard that people deliberately visit to photograph, much like the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
But you get there and the bushes around the lake are overgrown and there is litter everywhere.
Aesthetic is not frivolity. So many countries/cities have used aesthetic to create and attract massive economic opportunities.

I’m convinced that most stress isn’t from the hard things you’re doing, but from the hard things you’re avoiding. A good life is built by simply doing uncomfortable things sooner. The delayed conversation gets harder. The ignored problem gets bigger. The small repair gets more expensive. Peace is found through direct early action.

On Monday, my attention was drawn to a peculiar case where a young man who was arrested in 2024 was remanded and abandoned in Oko Prison, Benin City, since 2024. When I followed up on the case, I found out that the Edo State Ministry of Justice had rendered its legal advice since February 2025, and the young man had NO CASE TO ANSWER.
The said legal advice was not delivered to the Oko Prison in Benin City, and the young man was not released. When the Judge's attention was drawn to this peculiar matter, the Court ordered that the young man be brought to the Court today.
This morning, I appeared for the young man and set out the facts of the case. On that, the Court made an order releasing him unconditionally.

It appears AY doesn’t understand the business himself even with his longevity. The fans don’t know the organisers and the name with which they promoted the show was AY. He should’ve cancelled the show before the day of the event and issue a public statement. Now he’ll be spending more on damage control

If there's one reason you should aim to make a lot of money (legally of course), it's this:
The more money you have, the easier you will find it to make a whole lot more.
The rich indeed get richer, and it's because they have the world's most wanted resource - deployable cash.
When you have cash, better opportunities will open up, closed spaces open up faster, returns on investments are larger, large bets are less risky to take on, upsides are much higher.
In simple English, find a way to start making a lot of money today, legally of course.

If you have been arrested, harassed and your properties seized by EFCC officials without being involved in anything illegal or fraudulent deals, send me a DM. I have just been contacted by someone in the EFCC to compile a list of those willing to come forward and their properties will be retured to them upon verifiable information and details being provided.
Thank you.

Respectfully, I don’t think you have the slightest idea of what these people are capable of.
I was stopped in Moniya earlier this year. They told me to come down from the bus, which I did.
They searched my entire bag and found nothing. They then resorted to asking for my phone. I gave it to them, and they searched it and still found nothing.
Instead of letting me go, they told the bus driver to move on without me. They then told me I should provide the receipt for my laptop, which was a 6year old laptop.
I offered to show them a picture, but they refused.
I was taken to the station, and these guys were requesting ₦800k just for the receipt of a laptop my brother bought for 90k years ago.
Initially, I stood my ground because I knew they were wrong, until they told me I would remain in the cell indefinitely. I thought they were joking until…
They left me there from 3pm to 6pm my phone was buzzing of calls and these animals wouldn’t give it to me.
I was supposed to send my mom her hospital bill, and they didn’t even give me my phone to attend to her.
Eventually, I saw the DPO come in, thinking, “Finally, someone reasonable.” I was wrong like mad. She was worse than her officers. 😂
This woman was the devil incarnate!!!
Until I decided to settle them. Lol.
YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR GUYS ARE CAPABLE OF, SIR.
Not true Esteemed.

I have a 6 year plan for my law practice in Nigeria. On the 6th year, we’re going to set up a solid team for the sole purpose of taking institutions to court: from universities to hospitals.
They’ll hear it.
When we’ve done significant work, we’ll look into FGM. It’s a good thing I’m not hungry. And I’m not an activist. Certain things must be brought down with the people who enable them. And we’re not appealing to anyone too.
Beyond the courts, they’ll fight. They’ll fight dirty. Let them fight. There’s a battle ahead, gents. Let’s see how it goes.
